We're an accountancy and advisory firm focused on the hospitality and retail sector.

Our team have all worked IN business and specialise on these sectors, so we know how to get your systems set up and automated so the information flow is painless.  

Your UK based team will be made up of an Accounts Assistant, an Account Manager and a Director.  You'll have the same people working on your business, week-in, week-out - exactly as if you had your own finance team.  They get to know your business really well and you have a set list of contacts to get in touch with if you have questions

Charlotte is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of accounting experience.  She is the founder of Monty Accounting Solutions, starting with her first client in 2016.

Charlotte began her accounting life in practice with Ernst & Young and since then has worked in finance roles in large organisations across the private and public sector.

She has a wide range of experience; from managing the finance accounting department of a large NHS hospital to consulting with HMRC on complex VAT and PAYE enquiries.

Charlotte has gained a deep understanding of how accounting processes work in the real world having worked on numerous projects, changing and improving these processes for organisations, helping them operate more efficiently.

Charlotte prides herself on offering a flexible and personalised service and really enjoys getting to know her clients and their businesses.

Tim has experience working at the top levels of commercial finance and accounting having held the position of Finance Director at a large AIM listed restaurant company before joining Monty.

During his career, Tim has made significant changes to business processes, structures and systems and understands, first hand, the challenges that come from undertaking such projects.  He has experience of formulating business strategies and has raised finance from banks and financial institutions on numerous occasions

Having overseen a number of disciplines as a Board level Director, including marketing, HR & IT, Tim does not take a purely financial view of business issues.  He offers rounded solutions to business problems and works with all stakeholders to make change happen.

 

Tim qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a London accountancy practice where he worked with a wide range of clients.  He has extensive experience in the hospitality sector having worked for the Gordon Ramsay restaurant group before moving on to be the FD at Tasty plc, a high street restaurant chain with over 65 locations nationwide.  

Tim now looks after our vCFO portfolio, advising a number of hospitality / retail / leisure clients.
